Random thoughts.

I’m having insane wedding dreams.

There are expiration dates on milk jugs in the grocery store beyond June 1st, which makes it feel that much closer.

My last day of school is tomorrow, THANK GOD, so I can start stressing about the wedding solely without school? Haha

I leave in two weeks!
Holy hell.

I got my dress back last week, and it’s gorgeous. I fell back in love with it.

I still have many projects to finish. Next week is gonna be a full load of crafting.

Our final guest list is 102, 9 of which are kids. And then +11 maybes.

I wanna party!!

Dress Fitting & Rings

Holy cow. My dress fitting alterations bill came to $330! That’s crazy. But worth it cause now it’ll be the bomb.
Yeah, that’s right-I said it.

Also today we picked up our bands! Ah! Only 50-something days til we say “I do”!!

Stoked.

Finished project!!

Painted the base white. Cut the wooden dowels, drilled holes and hot glued everything in place. Yay! Go me!

Then made a little fabric garland to hang above us using left over fabric from our bunting/garlands and fabric flowers. To match our ‘theme’.

I’m so proud of this!

The finished bouquets! Finally. These took HOURS of labor. Probably 3 hrs each…18 hrs total easy. Wow. I’m clearly insane.

Bridesmaid’s bouquets in progress…(6 to make in total)

These were the most labor involved project thus far. A labor of love for sure. But whew!
My poor fingers suffered a lot of burns, cuts and stabs during this project but its worth it. I know my ladies will love them. And after the wedding they’ll always have them! :) Just put it on a vase or mason jar on your desk and you have forever flowers :)

Experimenting with how I wanna write the menu board. :) Were having a bona fide pig roast on the property! So exciting!!

Since this photo I’ve transferred this image to a window pane but it’s not completed yet. I’ll post another photo when I get to it…

110 (12x12) Fabric Napkins
Hand cut by me :) from vintage fabric and vintage sheets.

These will look great with our mix matched plates we’ve been collecting for 9 months.

My Dad suggested making a quilt with some of them after the wedding is over with. (Great idea!!)

I didn’t want to hem the edges so I cut these with extra sharp pinking shears to keep the edges from fraying. :)
